- Choose JazzCash or Easypaisa.
- Enter the amount.
- Tap Confirm.
- Send the payment to the account details shown in the app.
- If the app asks for a Transaction ID (TID), enter the one from your SMS.
- Check your wallet balance.
The payment details can change from one deposit to the next, so always use the details the app shows you at that moment. Don’t reuse old numbers.

Deposit not showing?
Most deposits appear within minutes. If yours hasn’t shown up, the cause is usually one of these:
- The payment went to an old or wrong account number
- The TID wasn’t entered, or was entered incorrectly
- The amount was below the minimum
- Your JazzCash or Easypaisa payment didn’t go through
Check your JazzCash or Easypaisa SMS to confirm the payment left your account. If it did, tap Support in the app and send your user ID, the amount, your TID and a screenshot of the payment.
Never send money to a number someone gives you on WhatsApp or Facebook. The real 81CC only uses the payment details shown inside your account.
